A group of dedicated women walkers, with or without children, with or without dogs, any age/race/etc, just briskly walking outdoors to stay healthy and fit, every day at a set location - at least 1.7 miles per day. Walk one and all and have a great time! Rain/sleet/snow - or sunshine! Tails of Hope Sanctuary is an organization which rescues shelter animals who are in trouble. These animals may have simply run out of time at a shelter, or have correctable health or behavioral needs which we address before they become available for adoption. Either way, we provide a safe place for them while they await permanent homes, and we free up much-needed space at shelters. Currently, our Sanctuary is actually a network of foster care providers.
